These ignoramuses have NO business voting. This video is a direct, point blank intictment of our public school system. Any teacher that views this should be grief sticken that these dolts graduated form our schools.
This is directly related to the public schools philosophy that it is more important to take care of the boyles on the butt of humanity.
IB and AP classes are being slashed and eliminated in favor of "special needs classes" to take care of the students that are trouble makers and do not give a whit about bettering themselves. In our school district alone, almost 1/2 of teachers salaries are paid to special needs teachers. We recently had a transplant move into our community with a severely autistic child that needed to be in an institution. They actually threatened to sue the schoold district to force us taxpayers to pony up $68,000 per year for their son to be taken care of by the school system. (These people own race horses, bought a 250 acre horse farm and drive a brand new Range Rover) but they don;t want to take care of their own child. Numerous phone calls from many of us, and finally the threat of going to the media persuaded the district to put forth a compromise that now costs us only $14,000 for this one child. (This is in addition to the federal and state funding of almost 10 grand per student)
Meanwhile, IB and AP clases are no more and special needs teachers are continuously increasing in numbers.
I am not a Bible thumper, but I believe Revelations had it right when it said, and I paraphrase, "What is wrong will seem right, and what is right is wrong".
Thes kids are pathetic, and I hope future employers view this video and tell them thanks, but no thanks. You aren;t smart enough to work for me.
During the first 1:55, can you hear any statement that involves some measure of personal responsibility and no reference to obtaining something free? During the rest of the video, I heard one statement that is more accurate than any other made, "You're making asses out of us." Actually, they're doing that all on their own. And, they're allowed to vote.
These are the kids who watch Jon Stewart, Bill Maher and The View and form their opinion from their peers. We are the disposable generation....they have no clue what we have done....except carry their load. They think we'll do that until we die....and I think they're right.
We homeschool and my 14 year old got most of the questions right (missed Nancy Pelosi and Tim Geitner). He is currently taking a class on American Govt. I planned his curriculum so that he would understand the election process as it was happening. I promise I will be pounding Civics into his head for the next three and a half years till he graduates. This is another perfect example why he will never enter a public school.
The parents of these kids should be ashamed of themselves for wasting so much money on their education. Fools!
The NEA (union) basically began to take over education in this country in 1966. The cost of education has skyrocketed, and the quality of learning has been going steadily downhill ever since.

What gets me is that I heard that the youth vote turned out in higher numbers to vote for Obama. What's up with that? Are they happy there aren't any jobs for them, or is it because Obama said he'd forgive their student loans if they joined his army (of brownshirts)?

We can joke about the idiots in this video, but with 19% of the electorate in 2012 being made up of 18-29 year-olds and nearly 2/3 of them going for Obama, we've gotta understand that these people are essentially deciding the election, just as much if not more so than blacks or Hispanics.
This is chilling. Because most of them not only know d-ck about the Constitution, the government, or even the names of the current leaders in the Democrat Party(whom they claim to support), but they're regurgitating talking points that sound like they came directly from the DNC. It's like there's an army of Debbie What-a-dumb Schmucks out there and they're effectively neutralizing all of our votes. It's disheartening.
(BTW, I really wish they'd asked that one girl who was touting equal pay for women as her reason for voting how that even matters if half of college grads can't even find work.)

All I can do, after watching this is just sigh. These questions should be anything anyone in grade school or seeking a US Citizen status could answer, but of our own Americans that don't even know how the US Government works and who our leaders are? Shame.
Civics classes in elementary school were tossed out for sex education and teaching that Susy has 2 dads and possibly 2 moms.

I'm surprised they did so well, to be honest. I'm in College now, and compared to the guys I go to school with (I had to tutor my Chem. 101 lab partner on math, because he didn't know what fractions were...) these people were highly intelligent.
This is ridiculous...I have two girls in college right now and most of the time they'd rather spend with older adults. Their friends are quite clueless. They can even talk circles around most adults about what's going on, especially in the agriculture venue since that's their major. I need to really pat myself on the back...
I feel so at peace knowing that these are the people that may someday be:
Engineering buildings we live and work in
Delivering our future children (and aborting them) and if IPAB alows, opening our chests and fixing our organs,
Flying our planes,
managing our retirements,
Congress people or better our President.
Maybe it's a good thing that 4 years from now after they graduate with 2.0s there won't be any jobs other than food service.
Maybe it's a good thing that Borat is, according to the answer from the second debate, concentrating on getting them good manufacturing jobs.

All is not lost. As taxes go up, a carbon tax is instituted, inflation starts, jobs go away, and Obamacare sets in there will be a growing number of converts to the conservative cause. Things are about to get a lot worse before they start to get better. These kids will have the benefit of their leaders being in office as the look out across a stumbling economy in 2016 with little to no chance of finding a job and then having to return to mommy and daddy's basement to play COD Amurika 2016 for the forseeable future.
