Wisconsin protests cost over 8 million to state

Wow. I guess you can call this the price tag for trying to keep the state from going headlong into an abyss of bankruptcy:

They should send the bills to the Unions which caused the costs to be incurred.
Or deduct it from those fatcat union pensions.

They should disband the union for being the threat to the general public that it is.

      • Persephone

        Absolutely!

There should be no government unions…at all.
        They are anti-taxpayer.
They are parasites that are consuming the host.

All non-essential government payrolls should be tied to private-sector job numbers.
When government regulations/taxation kill jobs…then government jobs should be killed too.

Damage to public property is a crime, especially when committed in the pursuit of another crime, such as taxpayer theft or pretending a lawful election didn’t happen.

It seems that the legalized extortion part of Unions which has been “legal” for decades blossoms into legalized vandalism.

Super duper!!! Barbarians inside the gates. Rabble. Thugs. Intimidators.

    Endangered species also.

From the conditions in the building during their occupation, I can’t imagine how many city/county/health dept/fire dept. and etc. codes were violated.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the crew used haz-mat regs. and equip. in the clean-up.

Unbelievable!  Send the bill to the unions.  ‘Small price to pay’, right?

That’s why that particular form of protester needs to be labeled, “Shame Pigs.”

    • Persephone

I can think of some other lables….

      • Anonymous

Yeah, but yelling “shame pigs” back at them when they yell “shame” just seems like a good way to spend an afternoon.

      • Anonymous

Yeah – like “Slime Pig”. or were you thinking of some other ;)

        • Persephone

          “Parasites” comes to mind.

And several others which are too profane to post. ;)

COMING back to BITE the the “protectors” (anarchists)  shabby asses.

    • Anonymous

So you’re describing people who wanted more government/public sector favoritism as anarchists?  Really?

  • Steve

Was supposed to be “protestor’s” shabby asses…sorry, I get worked up!

All the more reason to privatize the schools.  Public sector unions can’t mess up property if there aren’t any public sector unions.  And there can’t be public sector unions if there isn’t a Public sector.

  • h8 libs

    the cost of democracy/sarc

  • DCG

They should make the unions pay for this BS!

  • Annie

Look at the huge amount going for law enforcement…which, are, ummmm typically unionized.  So, not only are the unions not paying for the damage, they are probably getting a chunk of the $8 mil from the police officers union dues.  Bummer.

obama should get on the air with trumpke and tell the american ppl that the unions will pay.  Instead of giving the unions money take it from them. If obama dont we the ppl should raise hell till they do .  We have got to start sayin our piece about everything instead of sittin back like poodles and not doing anything. Just sayin shame on them is getting old and getting nothing done!
